By submitting a request via TestMyUX, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed.

1. Offer Description

TestMyUX is a free service by Apros Global that offers a UX/UI review of a selected product detail page from the Client’s e-commerce site. The review includes expert analysis and actionable recommendations to improve the visual design, usability, and conversion performance of the page.

2. Eligibility

This offer is available to marketing professionals and e-commerce decision-makers participating in [Event Name], or to those who have been invited directly by Apros Global.

To qualify, the Client must submit a valid URL of a product page using the form on testmyux.apros.global, along with complete and accurate contact information.

One submission per company is allowed under this promotion.

3. Scope and Limitations

The review focuses exclusively on the product page URL provided. Full-site evaluations or implementation services are not included unless otherwise agreed.

The review is consultative and does not guarantee specific improvements in sales or conversions.

The Client will receive a summary of insights (e.g., a report or consultation notes) within 5 business days unless communicated otherwise.

4. Cost and Conditions

There is no cost for using TestMyUX. The Client is not required to purchase any service to receive the initial review.

The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.

5. Optional Follow-Up Services

After the review, Apros Global may offer optional paid services to help implement improvements (e.g., UX design, UI development, CRO consulting).

The Client is under no obligation to proceed with any additional services.

6. Changes and Termination

Apros Global reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate the TestMyUX offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Requests submitted before any changes take effect will be honored based on the Terms in place at the time of submission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Apros Global is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses, business impact, or damages resulting from the use or interpretation of the insights provided through TestMyUX.
